The following EU Directives have critical importance and urgency of implementation by Sub-Borrowers in the Republic Serbia.  The list is indicative and not exhaustive as additional EU Directives may be more applicable for specific Sub-Borrowers, depending on sector of operations. 

2001/95/EC – Directive on general product safety

1993/465/EEC Council Decision – Modules for the various phases of the conformity assessment procedures and the rules for the affixing and use of the CE conformity marking, which are intended to be used in the technical harmonisation Directives – encouragement for implementing ISO9000 Quality Management System

Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 – materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC

EU Regulation 2023/2006 – good manufacturing practice for materials and articles intended to come into contact with food

EN 1672-2 (2009) food processing machinery – Basic concepts – part 2: hygiene requirements

2009/104/EC – Use of work equipment concerning the minimum safety and health requirements for the use of work equipment by workers at work (second individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16(1) of Directive 89/391/EEC)

1989/656/EEC – Minimum health and safety requirements for the use by workers of personal protective equipment at the workplace

1992/58/EEC – Minimum requirements for the provision of health and/or safety signs at work

1990/269/EEC – Minimum health and safety requirements for the manual handling of loads where there is a risk particularly of back injury to workers

2003/10/EC – Minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (noise)

2002/44/EC – Minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (vibration)

2009/161/EU – Indicative occupational exposure limit values – establishing a third list of indicative occupational exposure limit values in implementation of Council Directive 98/24/EC and amending Commission Directive 2000/39/EC

1999/13/EC – Limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds due to the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations

1999/92/EC – Minimum requirements for improving the safety and health protection of workers potentially at risk from explosive atmospheres

1992/85/EEC – Introduction of measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health at work of pregnant workers and workers who have recently given birth or are breastfeeding

Directive 2014/35/EU on the Harmonization of the Laws of Member States relating to Electrical Equipment Designed for Use within Certain Voltage Limits
