PRIMA 2020 was established in 2019 and is engaged in machining of metals of all kinds. The services encompass the production of complete parts, components as well as machining and finishing of existing parts using CNC machine centers of the latest generation.
The company’s strength lies in the extensive expertise of the owner and his team in this field. Many years of production experience and excellent knowledge of the market have enabled the management team to recognize the growing capacities in the production of special purpose machines, especially packaging machines, in Serbia and in the region. The development of this industrial sector also opens significant potential for the sale of products and services in Europe.
This greenfield investment of PRIMA 2020 Ltd. was financed with a loan from UniCredit Bank of Serbia under the SME Competitiveness Support Programme. The investment can be split into two groups. The first group is the procurement of state-of- the-art CNC machines and the necessary accessories. The second group consists of investments in the construction and equipping of production and administrative buildings with a total area of 860 m2, including the complete infrastructure (HVAC, hydro-technical, electrical installations).
After the successful project verification, PRIMA 2020 Ltd received a 15% grant cash-back, funded by the European Union. With this brand-new facility, company now meets a wide range of EU Directives on occupational health and safety, machines and building standards. A small selection of the EU standards is shown below:
