TEHNOGRADNJA d.o.o. was founded in 1994 as a contractor for construction works of residential and industrial buildings, construction of roads and engineering services. The Company has a pool of 40 experts that fulfil complex tasks in construction projects and a large machine park for the implementation of modern, productive and efficient construction works.
The headquarter of the company is located in Krusevac, although the main production activities are carried out at various other locations in Serbia, such as facilities for the production of asphalt and concrete and numerous construction sites.
The company regularly carries out projects for famous local and international companies, including Henkel, Lidl, Zumhotel Nis, Aster Textile Nis, etc. The company has been striving to satisfy the high standards of its clients throughout the construction work processes as well as the final product. Against this background, the company decided to upgrade its machine park with the purchase of a new crawler dozer and chose a modern Komatsu model with a diesel engine that is fully compliant with EU Stage V exhaust emission regulations.
The Komatsu EU Stage V engine is productive, dependable and efficient. With ultra-low emissions, it has a lower environmental impact but a superior performance that helps reducing operating costs.
Additional benefits include improved of Occupational Health and Safety due to ergonomic design of the operator’s cabin equipped with numerous safety systems and design, low noise and vibration emissions as well as increased productivity and capacity.
The company received free technical assistance to optimize its investment project and 15% grant cash-back after the successful project verification, funded by the European Union.
