oil-based valve grinding pastes that was founded in 1957. Having gone through the highs and lows of history in its more than 60-year history, the Autoventil stood strong and is well known in more than 50 countries worldwide today. The company serves the OEM market as well as the aftermarket. The valve systems are produced for the oldest up to the newest and the most demanding engine models with internal combustion.<\/p><p>Around 60% of the company\u2019s revenues are generated by export sales and the client base includes names such as customers such as the GM ADAM Opel AG or Germany, \u0160koda, Zetor in the Czech Republic, the BRIGGS STRATTON CORP in the USA and Leyland in Great Britain. Maintaining such a competitive market position requires constant vigilance and attention to quality.\u00a0<\/p><p>In 2021, the company invested in new equipment that is used in the processing of turning valve cylinders, processing of valve surfaces, processing of valve edges, etc. The investment not only improves the product quality but also streamlines the production process and increases the speed of production. The new Turning Centre CNC DX 100 replaces the work of 3 different old machines. The Turning Centre CNC &#8211; HURON DX 200 replaces work previously conducted on 4 different old machines. The subsequent reduction in manual intervention also vastly improves the health and safety of workers.<\/p><p>As part of the project the company implemented the new management system SRPS:ISO 9001:2015.<\/p><p>After the successful project verification, Autoventil received a 15% grant cash-back, funded by the European Union.
